Terms of Use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Leon Petrou, Inc.(a Delaware corporation, “Futurise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of futurise.com, the Futurise Pro community, our courses and other digital products, and our related services (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. The Services

We offer two kinds of paid products:

  • Futurise Pro subscription. A paid membership community where business owners access a library of AI growth agents, deployment guides, automation templates, courses, events, and a private community. Available as a monthly subscription or a one-time Lifetime Access purchase.
  • One-time purchases.Individual courses and related add-ons sold for a single payment, for example the 11 Second Edit AI video editor + Setup Course, plus any optional add-on offered at checkout (an “order bump”) or after checkout (an “upsell”). Each product page states what is included and its price. A one-time purchase gives you access to that product only; it does not include a Futurise Pro subscription unless the offer says so.

We may add, change, or remove features and products over time to improve the Services.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared. Notify us promptly at privacy@futurise.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Pricing, billing, and refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We sell two kinds of products, and the rules for each are set out separately below.

5.1 One-time purchases

Our one-time purchases currently include:

  • The 11 Second Edit AI video editor + Setup Course
  • The 52 Brand Templates pack
  • The Reel-to-Carousel Converter
  • The Reel Retention Reviewer

The following terms apply to every one-time purchase:

  • Single payment, no renewal. You pay once, at the price shown on the offer page. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again for that product.
  • Lifetime access.Where an offer says “lifetime access,” this means access for as long as we continue to offer that product.
  • One-click add-ons.Some products are offered as an optional add-on at checkout (an “order bump”) or on the pages shown right after checkout (an “upsell”). If you accept one, you authorise us to charge the payment method you just used for that add-on at the price shown. Each accepted add-on is a separate purchase.
  • No subscription included. A one-time purchase gives you access to that product only. It does not include a Futurise Pro subscription unless the offer says so.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of any one-time purchase within 30 days of buying it. The guarantee applies to each product separately, so each one has its own 30-day window. Once refunded, your access to that product ends. After 30 days, that payment is non-refundable.

5.2 Futurise Pro

Futurise Pro is available as a monthly subscription, billed every month at the price shown at the time of purchase, or as a one-time Lifetime Access purchase that grants access for as long as Futurise Pro operates.

Lifetime Access is a single payment and does not renew. The 30-day money-back guarantee in section 5.1 applies to it in the same way as to any other one-time purchase. The following terms apply to the monthly subscription:

  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and your payment method is charged until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the first payment on your subscription. The refund is the full amount of that payment (it is not prorated), and your subscription ends when it is refunded.
  • After the guarantee. Once the 30-day window has passed, that payment is non-refundable, and renewal payments are non-refundable. The guarantee covers only your first subscription payment. It does not apply again if you cancel and later resubscribe.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will give you advance notice, and the new price will apply to your next renewal. You can cancel before it takes effect.

5.3 How to request a refund

To ask for a refund, email Leon directly at leon@futurise.com within 30 days of your purchase, with the subject line “Refund Request”. Please include the email address you used to buy, and the product or subscription you would like refunded, so we can find your order quickly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or infringing.
  • Spam, advertise without permission, or send unsolicited promotions to other members.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt or probe the Services.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute community content or templates outside their intended use.
  • Use the Services to break the law or violate the rights of others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

8. Our intellectual property and software licence

8.1 Ownership

The Services, including our AI agents, source code, scripts, prompts, templates, courses, documentation, configuration files, text, design, logos, and brand (together, our “Materials”), are owned by Leon Petrou, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and treaties. Copyright © 2026 Leon Petrou, Inc. All rights reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our Materials to you.

8.2 Your licence

When you buy a product or hold a subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the relevant Materials solely for your own personal use and the internal use of your own business. This includes any AI agents, code, or tools we give you (for example the 1-Click Video Editing Agent, the Reel-to-Carousel Converter, and the Reel Retention Reviewer). For Futurise Pro content, the licence lasts while your subscription is active. For a one-time purchase, it lasts for as long as you have access to that product. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

8.3 What you may not do

Except as expressly allowed in Section 8.2, you may not, in whole or in part:

  • Sell or commercialise our Materials, including selling, reselling, licensing, sublicensing, leasing, or renting any agent, code, or tool, or turning it into a product or service of your own.
  • Share or distribute our Materials to any third party, whether for payment or free of charge, including sharing your account access or publicly posting our content.
  • Modify or create derivative works of our Materials, or adapt or translate them, for any purpose other than your own personal or internal business use as permitted above.
  • Use our Materials for the benefit of a third party, including running them as a service, agency, hosting, or software-as-a-service offering for other people or businesses.
  • Copy or reproduce our Materials beyond what is reasonably needed for your permitted use.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice in our Materials.

8.4 Your own content and output

This licence covers our Materials only. We claim no ownership of, or rights in, any video footage, audio, images, or other content you provide as input to our agents or tools, or any edited videos, carousels, transcripts, captions, graphics, or other output they produce for you. Those belong to you (or to the owner of the underlying content), and you are free to use, distribute, and commercialise your own input and output. The restrictions in Section 8.3 apply to our Materials themselves, not to what you create with them.

8.5 Confidentiality and third-party components

The source code, prompts, and internal workings of our agents and tools are our confidential information. You agree to keep them in confidence and not disclose them to anyone outside your own business who does not need access for your permitted use. Our software may incorporate or depend on third-party open-source components (for example ffmpeg, WhisperX, Playwright, and yt-dlp), each governed by its own licence. Our licence applies only to our original work and does not change the terms that apply to those components.

8.6 Breach and termination of the licence

Your licence ends automatically, without notice, if you breach this Section 8. When it ends, you must stop using the relevant Materials and delete all copies in your possession or control. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of our Materials may result in civil and criminal penalties and will be pursued to the maximum extent permitted by law. For licensing enquiries, contact leon@futurise.com.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on and link to third parties such as Stripe, Thinkific, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel any subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Futurise provides education, tools, and templates; we do not guarantee any particular business, revenue, or other results. Nothing in the Services is financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurise and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futurise from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

15. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at privacy@futurise.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
