I want to create a unified view of all customer feedback to identify trends faster and ensure no feedback gets lost. Right now, our team spends 2-3 hours daily copying feedback from different platforms.

Software currently used:

Zendesk (support tickets)
Google Forms (survey responses)
Slack (internal feedback channel)
Google Sheets (central database)
Gmail (direct customer emails)

Current manual process:

1. Log into Zendesk and export yesterday's closed tickets with feedback tags
2. Open Google Forms responses and download new survey submissions as CSV
3.Check Slack #customer-feedback channel for messages posted in last 24 hours
4. Search Gmail for emails with "feedback" or "suggestion" labels
5. Open the master Google Sheet
6. Copy and paste ticket summaries from Zendesk export
7. Add survey responses row by row, matching column formats
8. Manually type Slack feedback into spreadsheet
9. Copy relevant parts of emails into appropriate columns
10. Add date stamps and source tags to each entry
11.Remove duplicate entries if customer used multiple channels
12. Send Slack notification to team that sheet is updated

This process is error prone and time consuming. Sometimes feedback sits for days before someone has time to do the full sync. Would love to hear how others have automated similar workflows.
