What you need:

  • 1. A Claude account (claude.ai), Pro plan or higher (needed for Projects and connectors)

  • 2. Your Instagram profile open in another tab

Step 1: Create the project

  1. 1. Go to claude.ai and click Projects in the sidebar.

  2. 2. Click New Project.

  3. 3. Name it Caleb Ralston Clone.

  4. 4. Click Create Project.

Step 2: Give it Caleb's brain

We're feeding it the transcript of Caleb's free 6-hour personal branding course on YouTube.

Step 3: Install the coach instructions

Step 4: Line up your Reels

  1. 1. Go to your Instagram profile.

  2. 2. Copy the links to your 20 most recent Reels (open each Reel, tap Share, Copy link). Doesn’t have to be 20 but I recommend at least 5 to 20 links.

  3. 3. Paste them into a notepad / text editor for now. You'll drop them into the audit prompt in Step 6.


Step 5: Connect the Supadata MCP

This is the unlock: it lets Claude transcribe all your Reels and pull the analytics on every single post, so the feedback is based on your real numbers, not guesses.
